Registration Fee – includes the book fee, student accident insurance, assessment testing
The registration fee, or any portion, is non-refundable once it has been paid, even if the student withdraws before the beginning of the school year. The registration fee is not prorated for students registering after school begins. Grades 1-12
A 5 percent discount is available on tuition only if paid in full by August 1 or at the time of enrollment after school starts. This does not apply to credit card payments. Other Fees Lunch(Grades 1-12) – If paying monthly, $4.50 multiplied by the number of days in the month; if paying by the day, $5.00 Athletic Participation Fees
Note: Sport fees can be reduced by $20.00 per sport if parents volunteer to help in concessions. This will be explained at the beginning of the year.
This fee is billed in October and November ($22.50 per month) or is due in full for students registering after October.
Late pick-up after 6:00 p.m. for each 15 minutes – $7.50 Credit Card Fee ( add 3 percent charge on the total amount charged per transaction). Tuition is due on the first day of each month (August 2013 through May 2014). A late fee of $25.00 will be added to the account after the 10th day of the month. A student will not be allowed to attend class if the account is not paid in full by the 20th of the month. Monthly tuition is not pro-rated if a student withdraws or is dismissed after the first day of the month. No records will be transferred if there is a balance due on the student’s account.
